Shipping & Returns Information

Shipping your order

We make your product to order in 2-4 working days. Shipping times vary, but we can usually deliver within a couple of weeks from your order date. Shipping rates vary across the different regions we ship to, and they’re calculated at checkout, but there's a list of prices down at the bottom of the page.

Defective or damaged products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Include a picture and description, and we’ll sort it out immediately.

Returns

We'll accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, but we do make each product to order, so for non-defective products, we charge a restocking fee (15%) which helps us to find the item a new home and stop it going to waste.

Exchanges

We don't accept exchanges under normal conditions - for the same reason as above, we ask you to please make considered purchase decisions and make sure you pick the right mushroom for you first time around.

Product condition & window

  • Product condition: new only (there may be exceptions, like, if it explodes after a week of wear (it 100% should not explode), then we can consider it, but ideally we want to find these items a new home, so will need returns to be new with labels etc.
  • Window: We know there are different windows depending on which country you're in, but rather than muck about arguing over a few hours here and there, we've applied the most generous returns window across the regions we sell to and have applied it across the board - you therefore have 30 days!

Method & Fees

  • Method: by post (or mail if you want to be weird and American about it).
  • Return label: if you contact us to arrange the return, we'll sort out a postage label for you to download and print.
  • Return costs: in cases where you're returning a non-defective product, there'll be an amount equalling postage (£3.59) deducted from your refund. As with all bits and pieces for non-defective returns, this is to help us find its forever home.
  • Restocking fees: as above, in cases where you're returning a non-defective product,15% of the product price will be deducted from your refund to help us relist the item.
  • Refund processing time: ideally, we'll get it done the day the product arrives back with us, but we've said here 7 days max, because sometimes stuff goes sideways.
